Found an interesting article "The Market Gardener" on Mother Earth News today. The guy operates a 1.5 acre farm which produces enough to keep a family of four comfortably.
I read the book. Well written and insightful. They guy lays out his entire operation, including tools and techniques. He gives his planting schedule and offers guidance on making a plan of your own. A very good book.
